Bridge with Information Board describing the Avon River Valley as an Environmentally
Sensitive Area and a small lay-by. A popular stopping place for cars to
look at and feed the ducks. Also a good place to watch Swifts, Swallows
and House Martins that nest in the various buildings of Deans Farm on the
other side of the road. Photos show the Information Board and river taken
in spring 2005 and Swallows lining up in the telephone lines in autumn the
same year. |
