A local resident and prize-winning Garden Designer will be the speaker for this week's meeting of the Garden Club on Thursday 27 February 7.15 for 7.30pm,
In a change to the previously published programme, the Speaker will be Laura Hall (pictured). Her subject is "Gardeners World Fair - Show Garden 2024"
Laura, a Garden Designer living locally, c created her first show garden for the 2024 Gardeners World' Spring Fair at Beaulieu for which she obtained a platinum award and a trophy for Best Beautiful Border.
This promises to be a really interesting talk.
We meet on the last Thursday of the month in the Reading Room, Stratford Road, Stratford sub Castle SP1 3LL, opposite St. Lawrence Church, at 7.15 for 7.30pm. Membership is £18.00 per year and visitors £4.00 per meeting. Why not come along and join us – tea/coffee and biscuits follow the talk. You will be most welcome.
